Returns and Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Goods such as:

* Products damaged for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Products that have passed the return deadline. (After 15 days)
* Gift cards
* Certain products added to your package (flowers, gifts, drinks), if ever these are sent during exceptional sales.



To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. We mean by sales, products sold during exceptional periods (Valentine's Day, Black Firday, special offers from us etc ...)

Trades (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@kluberclothing.fr and send us your item to: 7 saxby street, TARNEIT , VIC 3029.


Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and he will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must mail it to: 7 saxby street, Tarneit VIC 3029

You will be responsible for pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 business days)
Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)
